Tricia, Mom of 3, recovering from heart failure.

Tricia Kingsley is a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. She has a zest for life and is always the first to lend a helping hand to those in need.

On Monday, Feb 6th, she and her husband were out on a date at a restaurant, enjoying a night away from their busy lives as parents to their two young children, a 9-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, as well as their oldest daughter who is stationed out of state in the Air Force.

However, their date took a turn for the worse when Tricia suddenly suffered heart failure. Time stood still as her husband and brothers (who work at the establishment) watched in horror, unable to do anything to help.

Just when all hope seemed lost, a group of fast-acting nurses and doctors who were also dining at the restaurant sprang into action. They performed CPR on Tricia, saving her life and keeping oxygen in her blood until the ambulance arrived.

Tricia's journey to recovery has just begun. She has a long road ahead of her, filled with tests and treatments to get to the root cause of her heart failure and prevent it from happening again. Although she has insurance, the copay for all the necessary tests and treatments adds up quickly and her family is struggling to keep up with the expenses.
