Help Get our Robot To NASA!
Donation protected
Trickfire Robotics, a college robotics team, is working hard to get themeselves and their robot to the NASA Robotic Mining Competition at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida this upcoming May. These students are diligently working, doing everything from design to testing to manufacturing, all in addition to their regular college work load. Help them represent the Northwest as the only college from our region and reach their dream of competing with other schools from all over the country. Your support will go directly to shipping the 60kg robot, acquiring plane tickets to the thirteen team members, and providing accomodations and meals during the competition. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated!

Stay tuned for updates and photos of our robot's progress!
Our robot is designed after a coal miner, with a rotating mining wheel that lowers through the chassis to access the substrate below.
Here's Allison mounting gear boxes to the test chassis.
And here's Brian wiring the motors for the test chassis.
Our growing team.
