Trina's Tribe - Life Saving Brain Surgery!
Our beautiful Katrina has recently been diagnosed with a low grade Glioma in the base of her brain, and herself and Seth really need our support right now!
She has two very small beautiful little girls, a loving husband and family and friends who NEED her to beat this!!!!
Her tumour NEEDS to be removed surgically as it WILL turn malignant within 4-5 years, and they have no idea how long the tumour has
been there. Once it turns malignant, it is obviously much harder to treat. ....So she needs this MOFO out as soon as possible!
She has been very blessed to have seen Dr Charlie Teo who has advised her that operating is her best chance of removing this tumour.
There is a 15% chance that it will be successful and the tumour will not grow back, so she is TAKING THAT! She is a freaking WARRIOR,
and WILL be one of the 15%!!!
As this is an extremely complex and complicated procedure, the cost is high - but no cost can compete with Katrina watching her two small children grow up - so, we are going to DO THIS!
The surgery, hospital admission, specialist doctors needed, ICU if needed, rehab, plus not being able to work is very HIGH....so we need to
raise $130,000, a very doable figure if we all band together!
I know every cent right now will help to take the pressure off this young family, while they focus on Kat's health.
