Ángel Luis Hernández off to recovery and healing!

****UPDATE 9/7/2023 - Thank you to everyone that has donated! We were able to cover all funeral expenses with the help of all of you. I personally provided the necessary funds to cover the funerals to Anissa Hernandez, the daughter and aunt of the deceased victims. We are going to keep the Go Fund Me open and update the cause to "Medical". All remaining and future funds will go towards medical expenses and rehabilitation for Angel Luis Hernandez as he has a long journey ahead of him. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

It is with a heartfelt condolence, that we all share the tragic loss of SGT Heriberto Hernandez family members. SGT Heriberto Hernandez is a 20 year veteran of New York City's Police Department. He is currently assigned to the World Trade Center.

On Sunday, September 3, 2023, SGT Hernandez's brother was traveling with his wife and three grandchildren when they were tragically struck by another vehicle. This devastating car accident has resulted in the loss of four lives, the surviving victim's 51 year old wife and three grandchildren ages 11, 9 and 1. SGT Hernandez's brother has undergone successful surgery and faces a long road of recovery, mentally and physically. At this time he has not been informed of the tragic news. SGT Hernandez is currently by the side of his brother in Florida.
