Trinidad and Tobago Back to School Booklist Drive
My name is Natasha Moore, one of the co-founders alongside Stacy Turnbull Hazeth of Moore and Company Productions Inc. (Ms. Moore Productions).
Ms. Moore Productions is a non profit organization who has been supporting our local Dorchester MA commumity with events for families since 2017. Our events range from :
- Kids Camo Family Day
- Casper
- Blackout
- Kids Holiday Gala
- Back to School Fundraiser
- Easter Egg Hunt
- (via Zoom) Basic CPR Training, Family Paint sessions, Covid-19 Informational Session, Virtual Teen Book Club
- Most recently a Soccer Drill & Skill Clinic for children 4-14 years.
Ms Moore Productions is elated to collaborate with Caribbean Women Support Group who is based out of Trinidad & Tobago, to fund Back to School supplies for children in Trinidad and Tobago.
Caribbean Women Support Group was established in 2016, but operated as Concerned Citizens since 2000.
Caribbean Women Support Group has hosted fundraising events to support families in and around their community in Trinidad and Tobago like:
- Building Women in Communities
- Easter Treat (to include HIV Testing and Papsmears,)
- Family Day
- Earth Angel for Christmas
- Back to School Drives
Less fortunate families of Primary and Secondary school children from different areas across Trinidad and Tobago have provided their child(ren) booklist to the Caribbean Women Support Group (few booklist attached). We are asking that you make a difference for some families with your contribution to help purchase the supplies. The pandemic has made it difficult for families but we are determine to achieve success by supporting our next generation to become future stars and leaders. Education is crucial!
We would like to attain our goal by September 3rd 2021. No amount is too small! We appreciate your time and contribution, and pray that you can help us to raise $3000.00 USD, to support some families in Trinidad and Tobago.
