Trip to the WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES for JAYLAN

Jaylan is an exceptionally gifted young athlete who currently attends Ottawa University in Kansas for a degree in engineering. As a national qualifier with an "A" standard, he has bested and set many records for his school and he currently holds the record for the 60M dash with his fastest time at 6.77 seconds -ranking him as the second fastest in Kansas. We are proud and elated to announce that as a result of hours of hard work and training, coupled with his unwavering dedication to excel in the sport that he loves, Jaylan has been invited to participate in this summer's FISU World University Games in Chengdu, China from July 28th - Aug 8th, 2023. This invitation is reserved only for a select few who have met all requirements and have proven to be the best of the best. This event is held every two years in a different city in celebration of international university sports and culture, this is among the world's largest multi-sports events.

The United States International University Sports Federation (UNI-TEAM USA) brings together an elite level of talented student-athletes, like Jaylan, to compete in a global competition that will also pave the way to his future success.

The approximate cost is $2,595.00 for 7 nights which will cover the necessities like his lodging, meals, transportation, fees, USA team apparel, etc... This does not cover the airfare, additional nights (after the initial 7-days), USA uniforms, baggage/shipping cost for equipment/luggage and Chinese Visa Cost. The average round-trip airfare from Kansas to China is $4,000.00

Our goal is to raise $10,000 so Jaylan can participate in the World Games and extend his time as a spectator for the entire event. This opportunity comes once in a lifetime and we are asking for donations and contributions to make this possible for such a talented, aspiring, warm-hearted and gifted young athlete. Jaylan will not only represent his school but his family and community in Texas and Kansas as well.
