Trish Nichols' Country House

Our dear husband, son, and brother Brett Nichols passed away suddenly September 23rd, 2016 at the age of 32. His wife Trish, and their four kiddos; Kylie, Blake, Dillon, and Shelby, are living in a house in town that is really not big enough for them. Brett and Trish were working with an architect and had new house plans drawn up before Brett passed away. Brett's dream was to move his family to the country. Building new is no longer feasible, but we as a family have been working on another option. Trish has purchased this house just down the lane from Brett's parents. We are thrilled she was able to get this place, because it is a perfect location; less than half a mile from "Grandpas". The house is small tho, with only two bedrooms, no dining room, and no garage. We have plans drawn up for adding a master bedroom and a living room, turning the current living room into a dining room, and doing the work necessary in the basement to create another bedroom. The entire house will need resided, and we have an attached garage drawn up also, but we will wait until the rest of the work is complete to see if there are funds available for that. Brett's uncle James Nichols from Idaho has agreed to come and live in the house and do the work. We will also use some volunteer labor. We are asking for help for the renovations of the house.
