Tristan Cook WPW Surgery Expenses

Hello, Tristan Cook, my grandson, has been unable to work, after being diagnosed with WPW. Basically, he has an extra heartbeat which gives him a racing and erratic heartbeat among other debilitating symptoms.

Tristan has been unable to work until he has the surgery to correct this problem as he is limited to lifting no more than 10 lbs.. He hates asking for help, but is finding that is necessary to care for his family.

If you can afford it, can you find it in your heart to help this family. There are 5 precious souls counting on the compassion and generosity of others.

Tristan is a very hard worker, and is very worried about his family; 3 children, the oldest is almost 5. He has needed help. paying for food, rent and utilities. He also has the expense of travel and lodging to St Josephs Hospital in Phoenix for the surgery on 11/30.
