Help bring Tristan Hartzog's body home to Utah

Hi, I'm Sarah Hartzog. I'm fundraising for my stepson, Tristan Hartzog. Anyone who knows Tristan knows what a beautiful spirit he has, even despite all the years he struggled with addiction. Sadly, Tristan lost the fight to his addiction and he's no longer with us in person, though he's still very much here in spirit. Today they took him off of life support, and we want to bring Tristan's body home, from Portland, Oregon, to Salt Lake City, UT. We are asking friends and loved ones to kindly donate to assist us in bringing him home so that we can pay our last respects before we lay him to rest. We aren't sure of all the expenses yet, but honestly anything helps. Thank you.
