Angela & Troy's Medical fund

Troy and Angela have went through a lot the past couple months. Troy unexpectedly was hospitalized for weeks and now they are left with insane medical bills! Angela has been so postive and optimistic-we all need to lend her a hand!! Any help would be very much appreciated!
