Help Troy receive the best medical care possible!

While Troy's friends and family know Troy as a very generous person, we also know him as PROUD! With that being said, Jen and I have taken it upon ourselves to reach out to assist with Troy's medical expenses during this most difficult time.

On 6/11/2023, Troy went to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton due to being in pain. On 6/13 Troy was medically sedated as he had two blood clots that had ruptured, one in his intestine and the other in his esophagus. While they were able to stop the bleeding in his intestine, his esophagus continued to bleed. Troy received 11 blood transfusions and has received several units of blood. Since that day, albeit attempts to ween him off of sedation, Troy has been in an induced coma. Each day his loved ones have hoped "this would be the day" that he opens his eyes. That day has yet to come.

On the evening of 6/24/2023, It was determined he needed to leave the ICU at St. Elizabeth's and be transported to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee. While the transport was successful, Troy remains at significant risk. With Holly, his children, parents, siblings, other family members, and friends wanting to support Troy, there is little anyone can do other than pray, manifest, or whatever you so choose that Troy remains stable and soon can come out of sedation and move forward with a positive outlook for his return to health.

Although Holly has been able to be with Troy daily and off of work, the reality is she has to maintain her employment. Holly will be staying in Milwaukee and the current plan is for her to work from another location for Troy to have medical coverage as he is covered under her policy.
