Troy Riggleman

Hi my name is Tyler Riggleman, son of Troy Riggleman. My Dad suddenly was taken from us in a car accident late on Tuesday, October 3rd 2023. This has been the hardest thing my sister and I have ever gone through. I fortunately and unfortunately have been tasked with making all the decisions and arrangements for him because that’s what he wanted. He wasn’t supposed to go this soon. But I know with my whole heart that he would want us all to use this as a reminder to live life like there is no tomorrow. He would tell us it’s okay to be sad but not for too long. Dad would do and DID anything for anyone; whether he knew you for 10 minutes or 10 years. He could make anyone feel like family. I will carry that characteristic on for the rest of my life. He loved connecting with people through his passion for woodworking. If he built you ANYTHING just know that he put his heart and soul into it and I am so glad that, that part of him will live on in his work. Dad taught me so much but how to treat people and live with no limits is what I will embody for him. His friends are now family to me and it makes me smile that even in death he is bringing people together.

Since this was so sudden and premature, I am solely responsible for making sure my Dad is properly laid to rest, as well as taking care of the family and his estates. I unfortunately can’t handle all of these financial responsibilities on my own. If you feel the want or need, with absolutely no pressure at all, feel free to leave what you can. Nothing is expected and all is appreciated.

Whether you contribute or not, please remember my Dad for the genuine person he was and I hope he lives on in everyone’s memory forever. Remember how he made you feel and the fun times he had. I can guarantee if you knew my Dad even just in a single conversation, he made you laugh. Remember that.

I know he’s still with us every step of the way. Every time I smile and laugh will be for you Dad. We all love you. Thank you for everything. Thank you for this life. This isn’t goodbye; I will see you later bro. Bubs & Sweets love you. 1.4.3.
