Truck & RV Tires & Repairs & Moving Costs

Donation protected
Mom and I have had it tough for a while. When I moved to Arizona in 2019, I told nearly nobody, but my health was tanking. I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to believe it myself. I came to Arizona, and after over two years of taking my medication and eating better, my doctors finally think I can work again. Despite me frantically looking for work, I've been unable to find anything, despite being in the best place mentally to work that I've ever been. For those of you who know my mom, you know that she's a disabled cancer survivor. She can not work. We're in the process of applying for disability, but that's going to take a long time. In December, the park manager informed us that because our trailer is too old, the park would not be renewing our lease, and we'd either need to get a new trailer or find somewhere else to go by the end of March. Still, unfortunately, we may not even have enough money for March's rent. Seeing as getting a new trailer is far too cost-prohibitive, our only option is to find somewhere else to go. Moving proves difficult, however, when one has no income. The truck we need to tow the trailer needs new tires and repairs, given it hasn't run in around three years or more. The trailer itself also needs new tires, as they're all blown. Once all of that is taken care of, we'll be needing money for a down payment at a new RV park or a hotel room. Living in the Phoenix area, going without electricity and essential utilities is not an option. We have two chihuahuas, one of which is getting old. They couldn't handle the extreme summer heat we often see here without air conditioning, just like you and I couldn't. I have medication and dietary needs that require refrigeration, which would exacerbate my health problems and our plumbing problems if we were not to find a place with proper electricity and plumbing.
My mom and I are both proud people. We have never enjoyed asking for help. We like helping others, but right now, we're swallowing our pride and asking you to please help us dig ourselves out of this situation. Thank you.
