True Cindy Vang: A Loving Mother, Aunt, and Sister

On the morning of March 23, True (Cindy) Vang’s life was taken too soon from us due to domestic violence. This has been a tragic and emotional moment in the lives of her loved ones as she leaves behind six (6) children: Kennyth (18), Kaylin (17), Andrew  (15), Preston (10), Logan (9) and Nathan (6).  We, as the family of Cindy Vang, have created this GoFundMe page in order to raise support for any funeral expenses and for our cousins who she left behind.  Any leftover funds will go directly into raising Cindy’s children for a brighter future, school supplies, and any essentials that they will need as they grow. 


Cindy Vang was born in the country of Laos and came over to the United States with her parents and family during the Vietnam War.  She was always a happy person who smiled often and helped out a lot at family gatherings. Cindy was a grocery store cashier and always greeted customers cheerfully. She loved her children and worked hard to support them by always trying to provide what she can for them. She also loved cooking delicious meals and dressing up in traditional Hmong clothes. She sees the cup as half full rather than half empty, even during trying times.  She helped raise some of us (nieces and nephews) when we were younger and those fond memories of her will forever be instilled in us.  Even until now, years and years later, she still has her smile that never faded.  


We miss her dearly and truly wish she is now resting in peace.  We thank you all for any support and kindness, whether it be financially, sharing this GoFundMe page, or just a comment. Covid-19 has not been kind to many of us and we hope everyone continues to stay safe and healthy.  


The location of the funeral and date is yet to be announced. As soon as we get a place, date, and time then we will update the information on here.
