Trues Fight

As most know, True was diagnosed with a rare type of Leukemia in February at 2 years old. She remained hospitalized from February until March. True was readmitted to Ai Dupont in early July and spent her 3rd birthday there. Two days later she had a bone marrow transplant and her health has spiraled since. Of course her family has been by her side the entire time, but life outside of the hospital hasn’t stopped, bills are piling up, and so are the costs of everyday needs. True was so close to discharge but unfortunately she had to be moved to the ICU last week. She has been in organ failure and is in respiratory distress. Her parents have had to drop everything to be there for the last 3 months, providing her the love and support she needs even while their hearts have been broken.
