Trust Fund for 4 Year Old Owen Robson
Donation protected
Family and friends mourn the loss of Kelly Robson on June 12, 2020. Kelly was a loving father to Owen Winter, his four year old son. Kelly was also a loved son, brother, uncle , nephew , cousin and friend to many, but he was an especially loved father to Owen.
Kelly was raising his son as a single dad, with the help of his parents who cared for Owen during the week, while Kelly worked as a Pressman at Prolific Graphics. Kelly was a devoted dad and this has been a huge loss for young Owen.
Thursday was always the highlight of Owen's week, as he got to go home to Dad for the weekend where they could fly kites, go swimming or to the playground. Thursdays now are very sad.
A celebration of Kelly's life was held at Gilbart Funeral Home in Selkirk, with only close family attending, due to Covid19. His obituary can be seen at Kelly Obituary
The family appreciates the support already received from friends and regrets that the funeral could not have been open for Kelly's many friends to attend. Kelly was a friend to many, often opening his home to those who had no home.
Life ahead will be tough for Owen, growing up without his dad. Any funds raised will be held in trust for Owen's future and education.
Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated. Owen is living full-time now with his grandparents and his auntie Dyane Mosley will help raise him. Owen's uncle, Sean Robson, will manage the trust.
Kelly, we all loved you. "And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched, for nothing loved is ever lost, and he was loved so much".
