Alberta Boda's legacy is a testament to compassion and dedication. She and her husband, Robert Boda Sr., a highly decorated U.S. Navy war veteran, fostered over 50 children and gave back to their community, embodying love and generosity.
Your help will contribute to ensuring this reaches a just end.
Your help will also ensure an Army veteran who survived stage 4 cancer lives a little more comfortably. In 2016, Alberta Boda set up a trust for her family, which includes a separate special needs trust instrument for our father. This trust instrument is designed to help him supplement a better life for himself by allowing him to live with fewer complications.
Our efforts to address the mishandling of Alberta's trust are entirely justified and deserve a full review by the Court. We’re focused on justice being served for what has been done.
We have already exhausted our self-funded capabilities of around $15,000 to get this to its current point. Our counsel has estimated that we will need upwards of $30,000 or more to complete the probate process.
How we discovered the mere existence of the trust and, from that point, having to bear witness to what we have has done nothing but reinforce our resolve to pursue this probate case and any others that may stem from it. This challenge seems daunting, but we believe in the power of helping those around us and our grandparents raised us to stand against wrongdoings and fight for what is morally right, and that is what we are doing.
Your contribution can help us achieve justice and honor Alberta Boda's legacy.
Family matters deeply to all of us.
Please help us in protecting ours.
