Trying to avoid having to sell feet pics

Before I end up having to sell feet pics online, I’m humbling myself and asking for help so I don’t lose everything I’ve worked my ass off for, over being sick. I have no return to work date as of now and I no longer have the safety net of social security disability anymore. I have applied for short term disability through work but that takes about 3-4 weeks to go through the process. Anything, and I mean anything would be much appreciated. Thank you.
