My son Nateo death

It was 4:22 p.m. on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, when Natchitoches police officers responded to a medical emergency at Natchitoches Thomas Apartments in the 500 block of North Street, authorities said. There they found the 1-year-old unresponsive. After attempting several life-saving measures, the child was pronounced dead by the Natchitoches Parish coroner’s office.

Now Damian Jewett, 27, and 23-year-old Jocelyn Crenshaw, both of Natchitoches, remain in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center. They have been there since early the morning of Dec. 26, when each was booked on a charge of negligent homicide in connection with the death of Nateo.

My name is Kenneth Davis, the father of Nateo and I have just received a call from the coroner’s saying that my son has been deceased ! I haven’t spoken to his mom the two years God gave us him .

she was pregnant she fled the states on me then got married to her at the time boyfriend .

I never gave up on trying to be apart of my child’s life. she blocked me on all social meidia , blocked my number, and family. unfortunately I had no contact with her family or friends etc.

My son was failed by her and her husband ! He was purposely neglected ! She didn’t feed him for days left him dehydrated and early Friday evening going into Christmas Eve her husband purposely burnt my son from his back to his calf . Where she lied to the police and said it was a rash . She wrapped my son in Saran Wrap and left him dead on her couch scared to give him help for hours . I’m making this go fund me account asking for your help to transport my son from Louisiana back to Memphis so I could rest his soul and bury Nateo .
