Tsiehente Indigenous knowledge exchange Hawaii
Donation protected
Our beloved sister, cousin, niece, daughter, granddaughter and mama Tsiehente is set to go to the island of Hawaii for an Indigenous student teaching opportunity at Ka ʻUmeke Kāʻeo immersion school in Keaukaha May 4th to 24th 2019. This is an opportunity of a lifetime as part of her third semester completion before she graduates.
If you know Tsiehente you know she is hard-working, determined, and passionate person who has committed herself to furthering her knowledge and giving back to her community as an Indigenous teacher when she graduates this year. She is in need of assistance to fund the remainder of her trip and graduation costs.
Funds raised here will go directly towards Tsiehente's:
-Food costs
-Ground transportation
-Travel expenses
-Design of her tshirt and graduation stole
