Hey guys, first off thanks for even taking the time to read this. I have contemplated on doing this for a bit because it’s hard to ask for help like this.I am usually the giver so to receive just isn’t in my nature. There comes a time though when you have to ask for some help and well… that’s why I am here. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2015. I had surgery to have it removed and was good till 2017 when it came back with a vengeance. I did radiation and we were very successful and I went into remission until last summer (2021). I then had a procedure done to help remove cancer cells and more radiation which put me back in remission. Fast forward to Feb of this year it’s now back once again and has moved to my bladder and possibly lower colon. I will know more after next scan. I have been doing radiation once again and my oncologist at UT Southwestern has suggested I start a oral Chemo called Xeloda to help get rid of my tumors. I started baking as a second income to help cover the medical cost as I wanted to do all I can before asking for help and it has helped until now with the added treatments. I do have insurance as of now but my deductible is a lot and my medical cost are taking away from household bills and it’s stacking up. I am a fighter and have been so strong especially having a 6 year old sweet girl to fight for. We prayed together about this before making this Go Fund Me and to be honest if it only brings more added prayers then I am winning. I do believe with everything that I will go in remission again and God will heal me once and for all. If you can help in even the smallest way it’s appreciated!
