Tuan Tran through his recovery

Hi, we are the children of Tuan Tran and we are raising funds for our Dad who was just involved in a tragic accident. He was cooking in the kitchen of his restaraunt when a grease fire broke out and exploded onto him causing severe 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the front of his face, body and arms. He is going to need surgery, skin grafts and a lengthy rehabilitation to come out on top of this incident.

He and his wife have had to close their nail salon due to Covid and have been dreaming and saving to open a restaraunt ever since. Spending their life savings and wanting to give back to the community in which they live, they finally opened up their very own Vietnamese restaraunt just 3 months ago serving the Kent State University area called Hue Banh Mi & Pho Cafe. When talking to him, he still cares for his customers and is conerned for who will serve them and continue the relationships that formed during that short period of time.

With Tuan being in the hospital and eventually going through recovery, the restaraunt is closed. Being their only source of income, they need help to pay for medical bills, rent for the restaraunt, living expenses and new inventory for food that has perished. We are asking for anything you can offer. A little goes a long way and we know that Tuan wants to get back as soon as possible and serve his community again!
