Tucker Diaz

Hi, my name is Natasha I am Tucker Diaz grandmother. First of all I want to thank anyone taking the time to read and help in anyway possible, prayers included. We are raising money to help Tucker and his family with medical bills, and help support his family in anyway possible.

Our little Tucker has been diagnosed with what is referred to as a “swiss cheese” heart. He has multiple ASD/VSD along with severe Pulmonary Hypertension. He has had several heart catheter procedures done and he has 3 devices plugging a few of the holes. Tucker has also underwent open heart surgery in October and will be having another open heart surgery this Wednesday.

Thank you for taking the time to help our family and again prayers are needed for Brendan, Tayler, Tucker and his little sister Brinley.
