Mental Health Awareness

Tax deductible
My story starts when I was ten years old, I tried to take my life for the first time after a traumatic event, this led to me attempting to get help from a therapist but she wasn't the right fit, and I ignored my mental health for many years until May of 2023 I spoke up for myself about my mental health and was put onto medication hoping that would calm the storm in my brain, but eventually the meds stopped working and I stopped taking them. Fast forward to November, my mental health caused me to be pulled from school to start intensive therapy but before I was able to start I tried to overdose on my old medication thinking there was nothing left for me in this world, after I got in contact with Suicide Pervention Hotline I was rushed to the ER where an amazing staff of doctors and nurses saved my life. After that I was transferred to CHOA to be monitored until I was admitted to an inpatient facility, during my three day stay there I was able to reflect on my decisions and emotions and was able to be discharged in just a few days. Following my inpatient stay I started an intinsve outpatient program called Charlie health where I have met some people who I know will be my best friends for life. At the end of this week I will officially be discharged from this program and I want to become an advocate for mental health in teens and young adults, to start I would like to raise money to be donated to , if you cannot donate that Is totally understandable but if you could a like, comment or share would be very much appreciated. Always remember you are not alone in your journey and there are people out there to help you, my DMs are always open and a safe place to have someone to talk to with no judgement if you are struggling. If you are in immediate danger on hurting yourself call the Suicide and Crisis Hotline at 988
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Mental Health America, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
