Hi I'm Petra, who believed that we can make a difference by teaching hands only CPR and Defibrillator awareness to as many of the population as possible. We now have an amazing team of 25 Volunteers who are trained and work within our local community and beyond to help raise awareness of how to deal with a Cardiac Arrest.

In 2018, as a retired Community First Responder with the Ambulance Service and a trained First Aid Instructor I started offering free CPR sessions and Defibrillator sessions to community groups, like the Scouts and Cubs and small businesses like independent Retail outlets. Covid arrived and everything came to a halt and then in 2022 friends joined me to volunteer and inject some extra funds and we turned into a not for profit CIC. In 2025 alone we have successfully delivered training to 2,735 including Year 7 students and members of the public. Our 25 trained volunteers attend a variety of different groups. To continue making this Lifesaving Skill available to as many as possible we are determined to become a register Charity within the next few years, then with valuable experience under our belt we can extend this community project to spread throughout the country. To make this happen we need to show a turnover of £5,000, we are holding fundraising events and accepting any amounts in donations.
