Tuskegee University Richard Dozier Scholarship
Tax deductible
When Tuskegee University's Architecture Program had lost accreditation, Dr. Richard Dozier stepped up the challenge of saving the program. As the interim Dean, Richard managed to get the school renamed The Robert R. Taylor School of Architecture at Tuskegee Institute, honoring the country’s first Black Architect. He lined up donations and support, spearheaded and managed the complete renovation of the huge old architecture building, revamped the program, renewed innovation, updated the curriculum, introduced more technology, and won back accreditation for several years at this great School of Architecture.
All funds donated will go directly to Tuskegee University in setting up a scholarship for Black students in need of financial aid in the school's architecture program.
