Dear friends,

Surely you’ve noticed our friend Scott has not been out and about in quite a while. He is still recovering from a hernia surgery that turned into a series of other major complications. I heard one of his doctors mention he was “literally knocking on death’s door” after coming back from being septic. He has come a long way from there but has endured more than anyone I’ve ever known these last almost 7 months. He misses seeing everyone so much-his family, his dog Lucy, his post office family, his Jezabelle family, his music community and all his friends. You have no idea how much you mean to him ❤️ He still has a long way to go before he can go home and longer still before he came resume a normal life. And there presents the problem. There is no more sick time or vacation time or family leave time left. None of us want to imagine the bills stacking up. He would never ask for help, but he’s always willing to give it. He’s played countless fundraisers and given donations to many, many others in need. Well, he needs us now. Whatever you can contribute will be immensely appreciated.
