David's End of Life Fund
Donation protected
We are starting this GoFund me page for David Cuthbert and family to help with medical bills and eventually, funeral arrangements.
David was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer called Neuroendocrine Carcinoma. The cancer started in his lungs and spread to his brain, liver and the lymph nodes of the chest. David went thruogh full brain radition because there were so many brain lesions that there was no one point to treat. Along with the three of four rounds of chemotherapy that he was supposed to have. Unfortuanetly, this was all just pallative care and gave him a couple extra months to spend time with his family and friends. Amazingly through all of this he has remained pain free, but medical/hospital bills from scans, chemotherapy, radiation and Hospice are starting to add up. As he his reaching the end of his journey, the money raised will also help with funeral arragnements and end of life care.
As this is very hard on his family, his mom, Sally Cuthbert, and two sisters, Lisa and Marsha, have been providing around the clock care for the past four months. These three women have done an excellent job on taking care of him and we are trying to make the financial side of it less stressul so they can keep focusing on David. Lisa has been flying back and forth between Iowa and North Carolina to be with the family and help take care of her brother. Either Marsha, Sally or Lisa are with David at all times.
Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts,
