Tony's Fight Against Leukemia
Donation protected
Here's that word that no one ever wants to hear....CANCER. Cancer sucks. Cancer really sucks when it's someone you know and love.
Those closest to Tony know he is very private and blasting this info over social media is the last thing he wants. Asking for help is hard! ....so we kinda asked and he approved us putting this out there.
On May 4th, Tony, was diagnosed with leukemia. It all started out when he was not feeling well around Easter with symptoms of shortness of breath, reflux and dizziness. They went to urgent care on April 28th and he was admitted from there.
Tony is currently in the hospital. He just finished his 2nd round of chemo and now has to wait for his numbers to normalize so he can flee the joint. He'll need a bone marrow biopsy this week to see if his treatment did its job. They will know next steps after those results. He will also need a bone marrow transplant in the near future.
His employer has been wonderful to work with and are a great support to Tony. (Thank you Sioux Steam!) Right now though, his job and mission is to go through all his treatments and beat this cancer!
Here's where I think we can help out! In order to solely focus on his health and well being, we'd like to remove the financial burden hoovering in the background.
If you have the means to help out, please consider donating to this GoFundMe page. Other than financial assistance, Tony & Brittney, would appreciate to hear your thoughts and prayers, or the occassional inappropriate joke!
Please share this GoFundMe page, and let's send some positive vibes their way!
Thank you!!
