Twinkle Star Statue
Donation protected
The nursery rhyme known throughout the World as “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” was written, in 1806, in Colchester, by Jane Taylor. She and her sister Ann wrote many children’s poems. Planning permission for a statue of the sisters has been given, sited in High Street. Work can commence once we reach £50,000. My thanks to all who contribute.
