Twins' Dream: A Wheelchair Van for Evan

I am fundraising on behalf of my friends Billy and Jackie Martek. Billy and Jackie have two beautiful twin boys, Evan and Eli. Evan was born with Cerebral Palsy and over the past six years, his parents have focused all of their attention on therapy, surgeries, tools and devices to help enhance Evan's life and strengthen his chances of living a life with less limiting possibilities. You can imagine these services and interventions are not cheap. It has come time where Billy and Jackie have looked to enhance Evan's independence as they start the process of getting him a powered wheelchair. All this is meaningless without someway to transport him. Wheelchair accessible vans are extremely expensive and tailor fit to each individuals needs. Evan has a twin brother who would love nothing more than to sit next to him and travel places together. These types of vans can have a price tag of upwards of $80,000. Western New York has an amazing reputation of being the city of good neighbors and rallying around one of their own. This family needs our help.
