Two local musicians need your help!

Hello friends and family! This is Isaac Yates and Ian McDonald whom have teamed up to build a unique environment where musicians can freely write, record, and produce music. We have spent the last five months searching for a perfect location and finally landed our ideal warehouse space in San Rafael. We want to build a welcoming and affordable space where young and older musicians can create and collaborate right here in Marin County. All we need is some funding to turn a blank canvas warehouse into an inspiring home for songwriters and musicians. Your donations will go directly into basic renovations including flooring, soundproofing, painting and lighting. We are passionate about community, family and music and want to build and grow this do it yourself lifelong dream. Help us make it a reality and let's go!
