Two Rivers Tattoo Looting Recovery
Donation protected
On June 1st, 2020 at 9:22pm our tattoo shop, Two Rivers Tattoo in Fairfield California was broken into and looted. Two men shattered our store front, entered our shop, looted, vandalized, and left. In 8 minutes, these two guys damaged and stole over $7,500 . Our town was in such destruction, no cops could answer to our 911 calls. My husband and got in our vehicle, ran red lights, all the way to our shop in hope's to defend what we had left to call our own. We missed these looters by 2 minutes. We had no choice but to sleep on the floor in all the destruction, in order to protect what we had left with no front door or window. Our camera footage has been turned into the fairfield police department. This man and young man who broke into our place need to be held accountable, and I have high hope's they are turned in. For the time being, we will be sweeping up glass, installing new glass windows and doors. Our tattoo shop has already been closed for over 3 months because of Covid-19 restrictions, tattoo shops were non essential. There for, we've had no income during all this. We are hoping we can afford to fix and replace everything stolen and broken, so we can open our doors again. We will fight as hard as we can to avoid permanently closing our doors for good. We refuse to let 8 minutes of poor decisions destroy our years of passion and hard work towards our dreams. Thank you all for reading and your kind words and support to give us the courage to rebuild.
