Meet Gabe and Tez — two men from very different walks of life, brought together by hardship, hope, and a deep love for music.

Gabe, a soft-spoken Latino man with a worn guitar and calloused hands, plays heartfelt melodies on street corners for whatever change people can spare. He doesn’t beg — he performs. His songs are full of emotion, memories, and dreams of a better tomorrow. Music is Gabe’s way of surviving, of staying connected to humanity, even when the world feels cold.

Tez is a recently released Black man who served time, but he didn’t let prison define him. He found God, found music, and found his purpose. Now, Tez creates powerful Gospel rap that tells his story of redemption and encourages others to believe in second chances. He’s turned his pain into purpose, but without a roof over his head, the road forward is still uncertain.

Both men are currently homeless. They met on the streets and bonded over their shared struggles — and their belief that music can heal. Together, they inspire those around them with their performances. But inspiration doesn’t keep you warm at night or put food on the table.
