Help Two Roads Brewing Co. & Mayor John Harkin's Charity Golf Tournament achieve their goal of raising $20,000 for Audubon Connecticut at Stratford Point!
Two Roads Brewing Company has always been committed to giving back to the Town of Stratford and to the enhancement of its environment. In the past three years, we have donated all profits from our beach race, the Shore 2 the Pour, to Audubon Connecticut’s management of Stratford Point. These funds go to help them manage one of the most important migratory bird and pollinator habitats on the East Coast of Connecticut.
Last year, we teamed up with Mayor Harkins Charity Golf Tournament to double our contribution for a total donation to Audubon Connecticut of $8,000. Not to be outdone, this year we are teaming up again with the Mayor BUT we want to make an even bigger “splash”--for every dollar the community donates to our Stratford Point Go Fund Me site, Two Roads and the Mayor together will match your donation to Audubon Connecticut dollar-for-dollar for the first $10,000 raised.
The money raised will go towards improving the habitat at Stratford Point for birds, bees, butterflies, and enhancing your own experience and the experience of our community. With your support, we plan to add plantings that will help create a healthy habitat for the birds and pollinators already on the property and for those who visit Stratford Point throughout the year. Together we will help to provide the staffing and maintenance needed to enhance and maintain the current Two Roads butterfly and pollinator gardens and the Two Roads Trail. In addition, we plan to create a garden at the entrance to Stratford Point that will properly welcome the birds as well as you!
Join us today and your gift to Audubon Connecticut will have double the impact!
