TWS - Out In The Field LGBTQ+ Initiative

Help The Wildlife Society's (TWS) Out In The Field (OiTF) LGBTQ+ initiative by contributing funds to pay for OiTF events, travel grants for LGBTQ+ wildlifers, and OiTF materials, such as the creation and distribution of LGBTQ+ pins and ribbons for members and allies alike. Show your support of inclusion and diversity in TWS, the wildlife profession, and more broadly in STEM by making a donation!

All donated funds will be used to pay for OiTF conference programming and related expenses, including luncheons/events, pins, ribbons, travel support (if sufficient funds are available), and advertising materials that advance the three goals of our initiative:

1) Increase visibility of LGBTQ+ Wildlifers in TWS

2) Build a community of LGBTQ+ Wildlifers

3) Identify ways to support LGBTQ+ Wildlifers, including students, in the wildlife profession.
