We Need to Help Alexandra & Family

Hello friends & family of Alexandra Sparrow (nee Krauskopf).
You may or may not know Alexandra has run into some serious medical problems while giving birth to baby Sasha, here in Costa Rica. After suffering from a horrendous headache a few days after the birth, they returned to the hospital and discovered the problem. While receiving an epidural shot, her spinal cord was punctured and unbeknownst to the staff she had lost a substantial amount of spinal fluid. They put a seal on the puncture and she received a blood patch to compensate for the fluid loss. This held for only a short time and again the returning headache sent her and the family back to the hospital. It appears that things are stabilized although there is cranial nerve damage. Alex has had neurological testing and a CT scan with contrast and so far her brain is doing well. She is presently confined to bed for the foreseeable future. In the mean time, their insurance has not been adequate to cover all their costs and we fear they are unable to meet their financial obligations. The $10,000 they had budgeted is gone! In an effort to help in this very stressful time we are opening this GoFundMe account in the hopes we can give this family some much needed assistance.
