Emergency heart surgery!!!

I am a dear friend of a beautiful family who calls me Grandma Kunana.

My dear friend Nadine is scheduled to have an emergency heart procedure in 5 days. She is a single mother of 4 children, 3 of which have special needs, ages 16-3. She wears a monitor to record her heart's BPM, which is as high as 168 and as low as 40in one day. This has also affected her lungs. You would never know it by her constant smile.

Next Wednesday, she will have a procedure known as Cardiac Ablation for SVT, which entails cauterizing part of her heart.

This fundraiser is to help support her family to continue to survive during her one month of bed rest recovery.

She also needs to relocate closer to her family in Arizona from Brooklyn.

A peaceful environment and family support are essential for a successful health transition. New schools and relocation can be challenging for the children. With this change in their immediate future, additional funds will ensure that all their needs are met with grace.

Every little bit counts if you can find it in your heart to help in this way, the appreciation is unmeasurable.

She is an active and loving community member and is always there to help, however possible. Let us do the same for her. A selfless citizen, a first responder who cares for a needy stranger.
