Tyler Faulkner’s Heart Pump

Tyler Faulkner is a cardiovascular patient in West, TN requesting your support/assistance in a process of fundraising. This fundraiser will help pay for procedure costs and initially start/fund The Heart Pump Procedure that will take place at Vanderbilt Medical Hospital in Nashville, TN. Your kindness/donation also helps support with spreading heart disease awareness!

Vanderbilt wants $5000.00 to be raised in the form of a fundraiser to help fund Tyler’s Heart Pump procedure. The Vanderbilt Heart Transplant Team/Board has made the decision to go with The Heart Pump as a safer/better opportunity rather than a Heart Transplant. Tyler’s heart currently only functions at a 20% rate of performance.

Fundraising will take place prior to her operation. A proof of $5,000.00 will need to be fundraised and presented to Vanderbilt before Tyler’s Heart Pump procedure can begin
