Paying tribute to Tyler Russell

  My brother Tyler Russell was a victim of
homicide in Bakersfield, CA. 

We need help bringing my brother home he
was a father, brother, son, best friend  and
very much loved by everyone that he crossed paths with we are so distraught from this         terrible tragedy
