Christa & Gabriel Schreiber’s Unexpected Loss

This fundraiser is for Christa and Gabriel Schreiber, who have recently suffered the loss of a husband and father. Tyler was a passionate and involved father who was willing to move the moon and stars to provide for Gabriel and Christa.

Tyler was the victim of a fatal crash on January 23, 2024, leaving Christa and Gabriel stunned and grieving. Due to the unexpected loss, she is not financially prepared to handle the unexpected costs and increase of the overall financial load. He was a major part of the house hold income. Family and friends have stepped up to help care for Christa and Gabriel but the ongoing expenses keep adding up.

Tyler was so proud of the home that he and Christa bought just a few short years ago. A home that he and Christa could watch Gabriel grow up in and create memories as a family. Tyler was the one everyone always relied on when things got tough. The guy you could call in the middle of the night to come help change your tire or get you out of a jam. He was always a shoulder to lean on through heartache and strife. He was always protective of his family and friends which was why he ended up serving in the US Air Force and working as security when he was home.

Tyler enjoyed hunting, fishing and building things, and couldn’t wait to share that passion with Gabriel. Family game nights and cards against humanity, baseball games and pumpkin carving, these things will never be quite the same but will bring a special joy in our hearts as we remember all of the laughs we have shared doing all the things he loved. He was known for his dry sense of humor and Christa always enjoyed trying to get him to laugh at HER dad jokes.

Tyler has left his loved ones with so many fond memories and great stories to talk about over and over again so that Gabriel can remember the impact that his father made on all of those around him. May Gabriel grow to be the sharp shooter/ World series pitcher his dad always said he would be. We know that Tyler will be watching and cheering him on each step of the way.
