Tyler Watts Medical Expenses

My name is Kerry Armstrong and I have set up a GoFundMe to assist my close friend Tyler Watts pay for medical expenses and lost wages due to a relapse of Cancer.

In 2019, Tyler was diagnosed with stage 3A Melanoma. Tyler had surgery and had the cancer removed. At that time, the Doctor told Tyler there would be a chance that the cancer would return within 5 years. In the past few months, Tyler was diagnosed once again with Melanoma but it has progressed and defined as Metastatic Malignant Melanoma Stage 3C. Tyler’s Doctor has scheduled 4 treatments of immunotherapy prior to surgery. The first of these 4 treatments began on December 8th 2023.

The cost for each of the procedures is $30,000. Upon completing the series of immunotherapy, Tyler will have surgery to remove the tumor and surrounding lymph nodes. The cost for Tyler’s care will be significant. In 2019 Tyler’s medical bills surpassed $70,000 – some of which he is still making payments on.

Tyler is self employed and can really use some financial assistance from friends and family. 100% of the money raised will be for Tyler and his family to meet such needs.

I have known Tyler for over 40 years and I consider him to be family. Tyler’s heart is huge but he is the last person to ask for help.
