Tyler’s unexpected medical expenses

Hi, this is my daughter, Tyler Cox and this is her story.

On October 28th Tyler went to urgent care with stomach pain. It was determined after a lot of tests and blood work that her gallbladder had ruptured. Because of the severity, they transferred her to Fairview Southdale where on Sunday, October 30th, she had her gallbladder removed. There was a stone stuck in her liver tube and an unsuccessful surgery was performed the next day, the 31st. They inserted a stent to temporarily bypass the stone.  She will have laser surgery the end of December to remove the stone.  Right now she is healing and getting her body ready for the next surgery.

To add more stress for the family, Andrew- her husband- totalled his car hitting a deer November 3.

The financial burden of all of these unexpected medical expenses and replacing a vehicle is overwhelming.
