Type 2 diabetic. Lost Medic-Alert Bracelet

HI, my name is Lisa. I lost my Medic-Alert bracelet. It has a brief summary of my medical conditions which are many.. It also has a membership coming up where an EMT or Paramedic can scan my membership card and have real-time information on the medications I'm on and all the autoimmune conditions. The Membership Card is not free. Nor is the bracelet. It speaks for me if I can't. The bracelet has an emergency number if they can't find my card with the OCR symbol.

The reason I'm asking this one favor is I'm on disability, and cannot afford a replacement. Money left over is for fees, and I will donate any left over to Medic-Alert since they are a non profit.
