Typhoon Odette - BOHOL
Donation protected
Hi everyone! As of December 23, 2021, we have reached our new goal of $750! No amount of words can express just how I'm thankful I am to each and every single one of you. Thank you to those who have donated and to those who have shared this fundraiser on social media. All the donations and proceeds will go directly straight to those places I've mentioned down below. The money raised will be used to buy food, water, and travel expenses to deliver these goods and services to these places.
If you would still like to donate to this fundraiser, you still can! If you would still like to spread the word about this fundraiser, you still can! The more money we can raise and the more awareness we can bring to this situation, the better.
The last day this fundraiser is accepting donations is January 10, 2022.
Once again, I'd like to thank you all for your utmost support and your contributions to this cause. It means a lot to me ❤️

Hi everyone my name is Reanne Jee Hoyle and I'm fundraising money for the damages caused by Typhoon Odette. As some of you may know, a huge typhoon hit the Philippines recently and caused severe amounts of damage to households everywhere in Bohol. Bohol was one of the provinces in the Visayan region that got hit by the typhoon drastically and caused numerous amounts of damage (i.e. from roofs of houses being blown off to trees toppling one on top of the other and destroying multiple houses and other properties).
If you would still like to donate to this fundraiser, you still can! If you would still like to spread the word about this fundraiser, you still can! The more money we can raise and the more awareness we can bring to this situation, the better.

My family most of which reside in Bohol (specifically Tagbilaran City and Buenavista) were impacted badly by this tragic event. Barangays (filipino word for 'districts') nearby our own barangay were also destroyed by the typhoon to a colossal extent.
I ask everyone to take the time and contribute (even as small as $10) to this fundraiser as all money raised will go directly to families in these districts/regions in the Bohol province:
- Tagbilaran City
- Buenavista
Money raised will be strictly used for food, transportation and water supplies to help families affected by this devastating event. At the moment, gasoline and other modes of transportation are hard to come by therefore making it difficult for any goods to be delivered. Transactions made for goods and travel will be strictly obtained and done so in a fair manner as to make these goods are distributed equally.
My dad already has emergency relief teams stationed in Tagbilaran City and Buenavista respectively to not only help our own family recover but to help neighbouring families recover as well. We have ground coordinators (my aunt and my uncle) helping to distribute these goods.
At the moment, with the money my dad has given, it's only enough to help out our own families and our neighbours. With your contributions, this won't be the case and rest assured it will go towards my family, our neighbours, and barangays in dire need of help. My goal is to raise approximately $500 AUD (which is roughly $17,804.39 pesos). I ask that you donate even as little as $10 to this cause. Even the tiniest contribution will go a long way :))

As of December 22, 2021 we were able to surpass our original goal of $500! Thank you to everyone who graciously donated and to those who shared this GoFundMe on social media. I did not expect this much feedback regarding my fundraiser so thank you THANK YOU so so much. As of today, I'd like to announce A NEW GOAL that I had in mind: $750 AUD.
The money raised this time will go to the following regions in Bohol:
- Inabanga
- Getafe
- Alicia
My dad also has emergency relief teams stationed in these areas. These areas have faced tremendous damage due to Typhoon Odette. Money raised from this fundraiser will go to these three regions. Food, water, and travel expenses will be monitored and accounted for by my family (the ground coordinator is my auntie).
I ask everyone to contribute even as small as $10 as this can go a long way. Even sharing this GoFundMe post via social media will help tremendously.
Below I have attached photos of the following regions mentioned above. They are my relatives' houses in Inabanga, Getafe, and Alicia respectively.
