Typhoon Paeng Relief for the Sermeno Family

Hi, my name is Zoe. I am raising funds for the Sermeno family residing in San Jose, Antique (a small coastal village in the Philippines) to help relieve them of damages caused by Typhoon Paeng (Severe Tropical Storm Nalgae).

Jessica Sermeno has lived with and been a vital member of my family in Singapore for over ten years as she has cared for my severely disabled brother Zachary while my parents both work full-time jobs. She has lived in a different country than her children and family for most of their lives and sends the majority of money she has earned home to support her family in the Philippines. Unfortunately, the magnitude of this typhoon has left her family without a home, and her father's fishing boat has been destroyed, which has been their family's primary source of income aside from the money Jessica has been able to send them.

The small village of San Jose, Antique doesn't have sufficient resources to support the families that have lost their homes or loved ones. The funds raised will go directly to the Sermeno family to help them rebuild their home, replace their fishing boat and hopefully assist with other repairs.
