Tyrone "Plug" Fleming

Hi, my name is Jamora Williams and I am a very close relative to Plug. On September 19, I received a call from a homicide detective, to inform me that my relative Tyrone had been found shot to death in the early morning hours of September 19th. Like many families, we failed to think about the what-if and prepare ahead of time. Since "Plug" was uninsured, we're left devastated knowing that our ability to lay our loved one to his final resting place is limited, due to lack of financial stability.

Tyrone Plug Fleming was the most amazing person anyone could have ever met. Loving caring, and as loyal as they come. To know him was to love him, and if he loved you, he'd protect you with his life. Raised in Richmond southside, yet a loyal Churchill veteran, Plug loved his family and friends. If he had it, you could get it, and if he didn't he'd help find a solution to resolve it. Tyrone was a very intelligent, and talented man. He loved his children more than anything, his main struggle was that he battled his own demons within.

Anyone who knew him knew he loved his music. He would spend hours, recording TikToks, dropping spoken words, which gave him an outlet for his own struggles. He loved rapping, he loved coming up with ideas, and he loved helping those who he adored most. Tyrone was an entrepreneur at heart, limited by several disadvantages and lack of support he often turned to the streets for support. Many loved him, he was well known throughout the city of Richmond, and now we all are left with thousands of questions.... The main one being, why Plug of all people?

As some may know, our family recently buried Tyrone's mother, Ms Gloria Fleming, and although she kept Tyrone insured, her untimely death resulted in his life insurance being canceled. Now nine months later, we find ourselves with yet another untimely and tragic death on our hands.
