Skydiving for Mental health UK.
Mental health has impacted my family for years, I was diagnosed with PTSD a few years back, my brother OCD, and my Dad took his own life back in May 2021, most recently my sister-in-law needing support from the mental health team.
From the time I lost my Dad I vowed that fear would never hold me back and I have to push through my hardships to show what I am made of. I have always wanted to skydive even though heights aren't my thing and fear has always stopped me.
As the anniversary of my Dad's death is upon us, I want to prove to myself the sky is the limit, show my children to never let their fears hold them back, and go get what they want.
Mental health affects us all, some every day while others maybe a few times in a lifetime, and if I can raise money to support someone who needs help, support, or to have a chat, telling them they are going to be ok. Then this fear is worth conquering.
Thank you so much for reading my story and donating.
