Noah Dugas is a name many people have come to love. This 13 year old young man is a beloved individual in his own family, peer group and community.
To say his name brings forth many qualities that encompass the outstanding person that he truly is. Kind, sincere, heart of gold, helpful, authentic, sweet, selfless, strong, athletic, humorous, and most of all loving are just some of the qualities that his family and friends use to describe Noah.
In the last few months, Noah has had some health concerns which led to the last incident on August 29th, 2020 being a more severe stroke. Since this day, Noah has battled through many challenges and continues to do so each and every day.
Noah’s medical needs led the family to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. This has meant both parents, Dave Dugas and Jody Luesby Dugas, having to leave their home, employment, and beloved daughter back in North Bay in order to be with Noah during this difficult time.
Each day, Noah is showing signs of progress, however his journey has since taken him to a Rehabilitation Centre where he will continue his brave fight. We continue to pray that Noah’s abundant strength and determination will lead him back to good health, and to his family and friends that so anxiously await him with open arms.
Noah Strong and/or 71Strong has been the family and friends motto to help support the void that Noah has left in the hearts of so many.
North Bay and communities beyond are rallying around this young boy and family by offering healing prayers and messages of hope. This family will be required to support their son through his recovery.
Your kind donations will be used to help Noah and his parents with the financial burdens that this medical emergency is incurring.
Please keep Noah in your thoughts and prayers.
