Hope for Jace!

“My heart has been broken in a way I never knew was possible.
While I was at work I received a call that my son was not breathing and he could not be woken up. I immediately hung up and called my sister, who closer to where Jace was than me, and told her to rush to pick up Jace, my son and rush him to the ER.
My sister rushed to the sitters picked him up and immediately drove to the hospital.
I got to the hospital only minutes after my sister, where the hospital had him stabilized and got him breathing again. After several minutes of wondering what happened to my baby boy and after running several tests, they found blood in his brain, consistent with trauma.
The hospital decided to fly Jace to All Childrens hospital but due to weather conditions the helicopter was grounded so the John Hopkins ambulance had to drive over an hour to pick up Jace and I.
We are still currently in the ICU. He’s sedated with a breathing tube and hooked up to an EEG. They have been running test after test for brain function, CT scans, MRI's.
It’s incredibly hard to see my son this way without having any idea why this happened to him.
These next 72 hours are so crucial and anything could happen.
Please don't stop praying for my sweet boy, this road to recovery is expected to be a long one.
If you're not the praying type please keep positive thoughts and energy for my angel. He's a strong little man, full of energy, full of heart and a pitch perfect laugh. “
